• The 3HAF com­mit­tee will allo­cate events to venues.
  • The fol­low­ing reg­is­tra­tion fee applies: £10 per tick­eted event. Com­mu­nity events may not be sub­ject to the reg­is­tra­tion fee. Please con­tact the 3HAF com­mit­tee in this regard.
  • Reg­is­tra­tions must be received by the 31st Jan­u­ary 2013. Suc­cess­ful appli­cants must pay the reg­is­tra­tion fee by the 28th Feb­ru­ary 2013. A cheque/postal order made payable to 3 Har­bours Arts Fes­ti­val, should be sent to Gillian Hart, 3 Har­bours Arts Fes­ti­val, 227–229 High St., Pre­ston­pans, EH32 9BE.
  • The 3 Har­bours Arts Fes­ti­val takes a 25% com­mis­sion on all sales / tick­ets / donations.
  • If you would like a related photo of your event to be con­sid­ered for inclu­sion in the brochure and/or web­site, it is essen­tial that this is sub­mit­ted as follows:
    • a jpeg format
    • pixel dimen­sions should be at least 1050 x 1050.
    • max file size: 500Kb
  • Any tick­eted events are the respon­si­bil­ity of the artist. A 25% com­mis­sion to the fes­ti­val still applies.
  • The fes­ti­val does not pay a fee to any artists par­tic­i­pat­ing in the festival.
  • Once you sub­mit the form a copy will be sent to the email address you pro­vide for your records — please ensure you enter this cor­rectly; bounced reg­is­tra­tions may be disregarded.
  • We will check your details and come back to you with any questions.

If you are hav­ing prob­lems upload­ing images or want to send more than one, wait for the con­fir­ma­tion email and reply to that — attach­ing images (no more than 5Mb in total).

Note: this should be no more than 1.5Mb in size; we do accept a zip archive if you wish to send mul­ti­ple images — but the archive should be under 1.5Mb. If you need to send larger files, please men­tion in the Art­works sec­tion above and we will con­tact you with details.
