Scottish Opera is packing up its theatre on wheels and bringing three pop-up operas out on the road to the 3 Harbours Arts Festival, Port Seton Harbour on 6 & 7 June, 2015. Performed by a storyteller, singers and instrumentalists, and supported by a set of colourful illustrations, each show gives a fantastic introduction to opera.
A Little Bit of Carmen and A Little Bit of Barber are cleverly re-written versions of the full operas and are suitable for all ages, while Puffy MacPuffer & The Crabbit Canals tells the story of the five Scottish Canals and has been specifically created for 5 to 8 year olds.
