• The 3HAF com­mit­tee will allo­cate artists or per­form­ers to venues.
  • The num­ber of works on dis­play may be lim­ited depend­ing on the avail­able space you detail below.
  • If you would like a photo of your venue to be con­sid­ered for inclu­sion in the brochure, it is essen­tial that this is sub­mit­ted as follows:
    • a jpeg format
    • pixel dimen­sions should be at least 1050 x 1050.
    • max file size: 500Kb
  • Reg­is­tra­tions must be received by 31st Jan­u­ary 2012

Note: this should be no more than 1.5Mb in size; we do accept a zip archive if you wish to send mul­ti­ple images — but the archive should be under 1.5Mb. If you need to send larger files, please men­tion in the Art­works sec­tion above and we will con­tact you with details.

  • There is no reg­is­tra­tion charge for tak­ing part but the fes­ti­val does take a 25% com­mis­sion on all sales / tick­ets / donations.
  • The fes­ti­val does not pay a fee to any artists par­tic­i­pat­ing in the festival.
  • Any tick­eted events are the respon­si­bil­ity of the artist. A 25% com­mis­sion to the fes­ti­val still applies.
  • Once you sub­mit the form a copy will be sent to the email address you pro­vide for your records — please ensure you enter this cor­rectly; bounced reg­is­tra­tions may be destroyed.
  • We will check your details and come back to you with any ques­tions; if this is the first time you have taken part in the fes­ti­val we will also need to con­firm in writ­ing your interest.
