IMPORTANT ADVISE FOR PARTICIPANTS

The 3 Harbours Arts Festival iproduced a comprehensive brochure at considerable expense and time, each year. It includes a listing of all venues, artists, opening hours etc. 20,000 brochures are printed for distribution and is the main avenue for marketing the festival. Other promotional communitcations include our website and the use of social networking sites including Twitter, Flickr, myspace and Facebook.

In our experience (built up over the last 4 years) shows that artists who give alot of energy to the promotion of their artworks/exhibitions tend to have bigger audiences, more sales and better coverage.

We encourage artists to work on their own marketing strategy bearing in mind that the build up to the festival is just as important and essential to selling your work during the festival 10 days.

PRE-FESTIVAL

  • Advertsing in the 3 Harbours Arts Festival brochure - taking an advert out in our brochure gives you great exposure and supports the festival. We offer a special advertising rate to registered artists which is £40 for a black and white advert (92x45cm). Contact Yvone on [email protected]

  • Posters and leaflets
