Come and Try African Dance:
Childrens & Adults Dance Workshops

Port Seton Community Centre Cafe, South Seton Park, EH32 0BG

Be transported to Africa by dancer Adie Baako. Adie grew up near the coast in Ghana and has a lifetime of dance, music and stories to share. There was no electricity in his village so singing, drumming and dancing was often the best way to entertain yourself. Whether the dance is designed to start a party, tell the stories of farmers and fishermen or honour ancestors. People of all ages will enjoy trying some dance moves to the infectious drum beats.
